We proudly offer precision instrumentation calibration and repair. Our 16,000 sq. ft. facility, complete with an overhead crane, is dedicated to meticulous calibration and repair services, ensuring peak performance.
Services We Provide:
- Certified Repair and Calibration:
- Instruments, gauges, and mechanical regulating devices.
- Chart calibrations: differential, static, and temperature elements.
- Pneumatic and liquid pumps, including setting and tagging pressure relief valves and pilots.
- Meter Proving
- In-house meter proving for meters up to 6″ at both our Fort St. John and Dawson Creek locations.
- Expertise in gas and liquid flow meters.
- Pumps and Valves:
- Repair and calibration of all brands of pressure, temperature, and level transmitters and transducers.
- Handling of all brands of pressure control valves.
- Repair of various valves, including ¼ turn production ball valves, gate valves, and chokes.
- Repair of diaphragm, gear, centrifugal, and plunger pumps.
- Actuators:
- Expertise in hydraulic, pneumatic, and electric actuators.
- Heaters:
- Repair and calibration of gas and electric heaters.
