Here at Ace we also understand that this industry can be hard on the family with the long hours and call outs required. To help maintain a positive attitude not only for our employees but also their families we plan family functions such as our annual summer camp out.
Ace Instruments is committed to improving the knowledge and training of our employees. This is provided by both in-house training courses and the attending of training courses off site. Upon achievement of an apprenticeship level and once all required paperwork is received, course and book costs are reimbursed to the employee.
Journeyman have the opportunity to run their own truck and to receive compensation accordingly.
